Modifications by Reparphone29:
- Converted the source CSV/JSON to static JSON shards for browser lookup.
- Restored one leading zero on the pinned CSV's seven-digit 1xxxxxx codes.
- Restored a six-digit source code only where Osmocom independently confirmed
  both its full eight-digit TAC and the matching manufacturer/model.
- Normalised case, whitespace and punctuation for exact identity comparison.
- Merged an Osmocom description into a single MoazEb match only when a complete
  normalised model alias and manufacturer matched. No fuzzy/substring matching.
- Preserved alternative descriptions where equivalence was not established.
- Retained per-TAC, per-candidate source provenance (1=MoazEb, 2=Osmocom, 3=both).

The merged/adapted catalogue and our contributions to that catalogue are
distributed under CC BY-SA 3.0 Unported, linked above. Retain both source credits,
the MIT notice and this changes notice when redistributing the catalogue.
This data licence does not purport to relicense unrelated website source code.

manifest.json contains source URLs, snapshot SHA-256 digests, TAC counts,
comparison statistics and the list of JSON shards comprising this catalogue.
The data may be incomplete or incorrect. A TAC identifies a device type;
it does not establish authenticity, ownership, blacklist or carrier-lock status.
